*resonant dreaming* Saturday FEB 21st, 2026 Join us for resonant dreaming, a unique event for humans of the Nipaluna/Hobart area, held on the quiet, beautiful side of Kunanyi - at the historic Sandfly Town Hall. This evening brings together three distinct musical journeys, each offering their own texture and emotional world: ~Chamberwoman blends musical worlds rooted in folk, grown outward into psychedelic folk rock. The swelling synth, classic guitars and deep, aching balladry coalesce in themes of love, death and the end of the world. ~she wasn't born here (meanjin) will share their transcendental experimental sound offering through electric and acoustic guitars, cello, bass, synth and harmonic vocals. The four-piece band create a sonic worlds for viewers to reside in - weaving ambient textures with ethereal vocals and experimental instrumentation. ~TIM BOH blends the progressive pulse of neo-indie electronica with the catchy charm of alt-pop. With dreamy synths, smooth vocals, and dynamic live-looping and drum effects, he crafts a genre-defying live experience - expect movement, release, and dancing socks off. *resonant dreaming* is designed to be restorative, lush, and community-building — a chance to slow down, connect, and experience three powerful and diverse musical expressions under one roof. While I was in WA last month, I found 3 extra tracks from my first electronic album - Le Pountet - a collection of ideas while living in the south of France in 2016. I've just now added them back into the album. . The accompanying video is from an era of mixed media art photo/video, probably 2018-2019, where I found feelings and stories in old tins of paint. . 🌙 . . 1 month ago, I released the Moonlight EP. Then I went to Naarm/Melbourne for a couple of shows, before taking a break to visit family and the land of Thai. Now I'm home in Tas with the next project brewing - Sunlight EP. . . ☀️ 📽 @matiekango

5 years since this live set was recorded in a little cottage in the South-West of Western Australia - the traditional land of the Wardandi people of the Noongar nation 🔴⚫️🟡 Mixed and mastered by Laurie Sinagra. . When I'm back from my little break, I'm going to start work on another live video like this one, but for some Moonlight songs. It's strange going back through older recordings. So much has changed personally, yet not much at all. . Stay tuned for more moon stuff 🌙

Passing - TIM BOH feat. @chamberwoman . I (tim boh) absolutely love this track—it’s my favourite from the new EP. Even before I asked Natalie to sing on it, I felt it had a deep emotional well, and that depth became even deeper once her vocals were woven in. I’ve cried happy tears multiple times while listening to it during the mixing phase, and I’m pretty pleased with that. "Passing" has a broad meaning. It's about the movement from one state to another - the ever-changing, evolving nature of reality. To me, it is sombre yet hopeful, emotional and calm. Everything has a beginning, and an end. Best if you immerse yourself in this one. Lay down, peace out, and report back - I'd love to know what you think. Available on bandcamp - link in my bio . Xx

Touching on some darker aspects of this current moment - wars, climate, greed, hatred - all as ever present and as ever difficult to witness; a precarious position to be in. . The last track, "Meantime," calls for us to find some calm amidst the chaos. I hope that you can all find some calm during these times, and please reach out if you need some help getting there.
