Before we get to Marseille we’ve gotta recognize and thank the legend @dhash for his amazing photography and for the gifts/memories he enables us all to have forever from his work. Dave does it all. He plans the routes. He drives the cars. He runs fast and far. He figures out solutions to problems with a smile. And he goes out of his way to capture images of the team, friends, and strangers when most on no sleep and tired legs would just wanna chill. Dave is the real MVP. Thank you Dave 💙 📸: @dhash 😜

TBD1>TBD2: Seth Bradbury 🦅 Seth is a marketer and nomad who was also along for the adventure with the legends of TBD1 from SLC>LV a few months back.  Seth started running after college and his first marathon was a solo endeavor on a dare from a friend which included Mapquest, board shorts, and cotton boxers at the time. That moment led to dozens of future marathons/events, personal x friend challenges, and eventually dry fit underwear and proper running shorts.  TBD = Trust. Blind. Devotion.  📸 @dhash

TBD1>TBD2: Dave Hashim 📸 Dave is a photographer, nyc local, and ultra runner who was on the journey from SLC>LV with TBD1 and will be capturing the squad and running with TBD2. In 2019, just before the world went into lockdown, Dave took up running. Amid the pandemic’s trials, he stumbled upon a newfound passion that rekindled an old, almost forgotten one from his childhood—photography. Since then, he has dedicated himself to documenting the evolution of New York City’s running communities and has eagerly embraced the challenges of active movement photography. TBD = The Brat, Dave.

TBD2: Up Next, Nick Malone ⚡️ Nick is a Chicago native residing in New York City where he works as a marketer and creative. When he’s not working he’s running, and if he’s not running then he’s likely chatting someone up about Liverpool FC. Born into football (yes, soccer), running was always the punishment for fitness, though as life progressed his appreciation and admiration for the sport grew to know no bounds. A 3x marathoner and 2x ultra-marathoner, the unfortunate timing of injuries led to many missed opportunities in recent years, allowing Nick to take a step back and reflect on the sport. “While accumulating miles and chasing times is great, the beauty lies in that internal battle of fighting through adversity and building the resilience required to beat the odds every day. It’s quite therapeutic and highly rewarding.” “Ultra-relays have provided many new and unique experiences with running such as competing with no spectators. When you’re out in the middle of nowhere it’s easy to access the flow state which is a feeling like no other. That’s where the real magic happens. It’s a team sport though, and knowing you have some incredible individuals in your corner is what it’s all about. To have met so many new faces from across the world because of these experiences, many of whom I remain in close contact with, is special and never taken for granted.” TBD= Taught. By. Doing. (because you’ll never know if you don’t try)
