Before I close out for the day, this marks 14 years of ownership with Vicki Steez! She's come a long way & it's a blessing that I don't take for granted. If there's anything you want to do, just put a plan together & remain faithful to it. πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―

How about a little something different? @_steezyvic_ β€˜s Crown Vic is a sleeper on another level with a Gen 2 Coyote swap and VMP Gen 6 3.0 L Supercharger Kit on board. Not the vehicle you’d expect to be sporting around 700 whp. Thanks for sharing the photos and the support! Go show the build some love. Got something unique that features VMP parts? Hit us up and tell us about it! . . #vmpperformance #vmpsuperchargers #coyoteswap #s550mustang #vmppowered

While I was trying to adjust a coil, I decided to test fit one of my 20x10.5s & I saw that at this height, I can't keep the +24 offset. I will have to revert to the original +37 offset I had when I rebuilt the fronts 4 years ago from a 20x10. Since I'm going to a 20x9, I need to go back down from a 3" lip to the previous 2.5" & procure 6.5" inner barrels. Looks like the 18s will be on for a good bit while the 20s are rebuilt & refreshed for the summer. πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―

After new upper & lower ball joints, I decided to take the time to swap out the 6" 750 lb/in springs with 8" 900 lb/in springs to better handle the weight of the supercharger. After the alignment to OEM specs, I tried lowering it to level it out with the rear & the spring was too stiff for that. So I'm swapping it out with a 7" spring with the same rate to close up the fender gap & get it realigned. Wednesday, the car will also get a matching pair of 18x10.5s +50 offset with Continental ExtremeContact DWS06 in a 285/35ZR18. This way, I can keep miles off my Mickey's.

Well, here's what used to be my vent tube. So after getting that off, I used a good amount of Brakleen & rags to clean up all the crap that was all over the driver's side rear axle. Then I was able to install a new one.

There are indeed levels to this. But until I decide it's time, I'm done with the powertrain mods....for now.πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―

What did I have to do to get here? I had to get situated & work hard at my craft to move up. The quicker I could do it, the easier it would be to establish my base (pay the car off, kill debt, build emergency savings, stack up retirement money & invest). Then, I had to allow my process to work. As you can see, I had different ideas & different looks throughout almost 14 years of ownership. It was mostly to tie me over until I worked up to my goal (And I'm STILL not done 😈). But there was a lot that I had to give up. The partying. The drinking. Making sure I didn't waste my time with the wrong women. My health took A MAJOR hit, but I still kept going. And now, I'm glad that I made those sacrifices early to look ahead toward the next goal after retirement. So give yourself grace. Remember that while everything in between your start & finish will change, that end goal never does. And do your due diligence every step of the way as it's expensive when things aren't done right. The Panther platform isn't cheap, so be wise with each decision. #Wisdom

I REALLY didn't know how good that 275 was going to look! πŸ₯ΆπŸ₯ΆπŸ₯Ά It turned out so much better than I originally expected & can't wait to put Vicki Steez through her paces next Spring!

That's half the drag pack secured. Now I'm just waiting on the Weld Belmont Street 18x8s to come through so that I can get the Nitto NT555 G2s mounted up at the same time, while also raising the front of the car.

They're here!! I'll get them mounted on my Mickey's at the end of the week & get the 18x8s for the front on Black Friday! πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’―

Well, this just happened. 🀣🀣🀣 I've decided to test out a drag pack to see how she'll like the 15x10s paired with Mickey Thompson ET Street S/S 275/50R15s. After that, I'll get a full 18x8/10 set & switch things up while I rebuild & refresh my 20s for a more conservative fitment.

Shout out again to @theblackcarguru for the love & everyone who had a hand in helping me bring this to fruition throughout 13 years of ownership (with 12 of those getting Vicki Steez to this point!). Thank you to all who showed love & appreciation for the build as well as to those who will continue to come across this build. Most importantly, thanks to God for allowing me to bring this forth as well as my parents, family, & friends for their support in a variety of different ways to lift me up throughout this journey called life. I'm just grateful. πŸ™ŒπŸΎ πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’― @nationalspeed @vmpperformance @lethal_nate @adtrperformance @pbhperformance @heritagewheel @stainless_works @ridetechsuspension @injectordynamics @foreinnovations
