CINNY ROLLS!!!!!!!!!! For @queenscookclub recipe from @zaynab_issa
First time making cinnamon rolls actually so happy with how they turned out🙂🙂🙂. Used tangzhong method and they came out so FLUFFY. Thank u pookie @iamgahu 4 kitchenaid she worked wonders. I am no longer scared of baked goods that call for kneading and rising.

3 weeks late baking dump (airport boredom)
1) sofi's bday cake that she made (but I helped😍) chiffon, mango cardamom soak, mango puree, mango whipped cream
2) my 3 test batches of madelines (diff rising techniques) orange zest, blueberries, and traditional vanilla
3) gougères!! With crispy panko breadcrumb topping and gruyere bechamel
Every city i visit, I try to make a local cheese board. Across the street from our adorable @airbnb flat in Stockbridge, is @georgemewescheese . They selected Isle of Mull Cheddar, St Andrew’s Cheddar, Anster, and Ayrshire Dunlop cheeses, Danson Paste, and traditional oat cakes. Grateful @_sofimauro is here for it! #heaven
