To wrap up the summer of Subtle shows we handed the reigns over to @edbirrell & @_slimshae from @__headspin for the first hour of the show. Their guest mix delivered deep, hypnotic and minimal vibes from start to finish, displaying the depth and knowledge of their musical minds and collections.
We first came across Headspin through their parties in Manchester which always left us with smiles on our faces. Hosting DJs such as Chez de Milo, Denalia and DMC, its no surprise the strong reputation these events have earned.
Away from parties, Ed and Shae both continue to drive their musical passions through outputs such as @bricksweatrecs & @musicby199 . Both labels have spun heads over the last 12 months with some great new releases from up and coming artists.

After knocking our socks off this time last year for birthday number one, we knew we had to get local legend Slim Shae back for round two.

The 2 Manchester selectors have a knack for digging deep into the weird and wonderful side of house, electro & techno and we’re thrilled to be showcasing their sound in the reliable Manchester sun.
We’ll be back within the intimate confines of the @eagleinn terrace - the place where it all began 2 years ago.
