‘Skin’ by @imvnmusic I don’t often share my professional work here, but I’m so proud to have been involved in the making of this beautiful visual with such an incredible team. A lot of blood, sweat, and tears went into making this – and honestly, there were moments where it felt like it might never happen. From last-minute funding cancellations, to Iman ending up in A&E with anaphylactic shock the day before the shoot, to police nearly being called on set (!!), and even dealing with a certain someone who made the whole process a nightmare... it was chaos at times. One day, a behind-the-scenes documentary will come out, and you’ll see just how many hurdles we faced to bring this to life. But it truly does take a village… @anazavadil really stepped up and showed what an incredible producer she is. @maxcookward – you’re the definition of generosity. Despite dancing almost every night on tour with Twigs, you still flew back on your few days off to rehearse and choreograph with Iman and the dancers. @genvv , your camera work and edit brought this video to life — pure chef’s kiss. @jordynasa , thank you for staying calm and resourceful on set, even when things got intense. And @adamsmyfh you are truly a lifesaver. Coming in so last minute and killing it with the set design – I’m so impressed with your professionalism on set and your dedication to really understanding the vision. Some genuinely traumatic things happened that could’ve made us want to shelve this project forever. But I’m so proud of @imvnmusic for finding the strength to release it, and for letting the world finally experience it.
