What if I told you I’m a master(s) mind? (Just kidding I could barely understand how to wear the sash and gown) Thank you to my beautiful friends and family who celebrated my graduation over the weekend! Major shoutout to @xx.plztextmebaby.ari who flew across the country to be here!! Also I couldn’t have made it through my masters without all the incredible support along the way from sooo many people. I am forever grateful to the incredible team at @ashcliffepsychology who took me on for my professional placement and taught me so much (especially about cooking potatoes @scotty_alfonso ) Going back to uni, in my 30s was no easy feet. Trying to finish assignments while working multiple jobs and paying rent was a little crushing to say the least and I have so much respect for all people who decide to make major career pivots even when the path isn’t always smoothest. Following your heart type shit!!! Massive gratitude to @howie.gif who was there for every rant, essay, tear fest and small win along the way ❤️ I am so lucky to now be working in two counselling positions and sharing with others the life changing gift of therapy. Take care of your feelings or they will take care of you !!

Saturday we play a very special show for @joanandthegiants farewell to Perth 🥲 getting to know @gracenwmusic over the past 7 years (!!) has been a gift as I have watched her and her band grow, thrive and inspire us all. 🩵 the kindness, creativity and passion in all Grace does is so apparent and has low key shaped who I am as a person. Perth will miss you and your incredible vocals but can’t wait to watch you climb to new heights. 🩵🩵🩵 Very special things planned for the show with @verucamoon and @kingibis playing along side our band and Joan. This Saturday - our last gig for a little while and what a gig !! BANDEOKE 🕊️ where you can sing along to brilliant bands and fun covers and raise money for humanitarian aid in Gaza. Important cause organised by some absolute legends @jocelyns_baby_x @crabtimebaby @valleyofbrambles and I’m sure many more ❤️ will be a powerful night. @seasonalbrewingco from 7pm!
