This photo collection was taken in Prague, August 2023, on a Sunday morning. My aim was to capture the “satisfaction” that comes with experiencing the party scene. I believe that recently the sentimental side of partying is getting lost. As dancers, we’re so often present in the nightlife environment that we might sometimes forget the feeling that got us into this creative world in the first place.
What emotions did you feel during and after your first party? Joy? Satisfaction? Love? Unity? Gratitude?
And what do you feel now? Maybe anxiety? Fomo? Loneliness? Emptiness? Absence?
Stop and try to go back to the root feelings that made you fall in love with this world.
We should come together, express our truest form and remember what we’re dancing for: freedom, our people, the euphoria brought by the music and the scene.
I believe these shots reflect the pure sense of satisfaction and trigger our minds to think about all the emotions and learnings that belong to partying.
