On the 30th of October, @ileolopade made its @lagosfashionweekofficial debut under the expert mentorship of @fruche.official .
The Gele dress was born from the consistent encouragement of Founder/Creative Director Frank Aghuno and a vision of upholding family legacy and Elevating the culture of my people.
I was inspired by my paternal grandmother, who was a very successful damask merchant in her youth. I wanted to pay homage to the way she had paved for me all those years before my conception.
I am grateful for this opportunity and overjoyed to say this is only the beginning!
