Congratulations @kikihouseofbrown on your debut Oceania to the world babyyy 🤎 Thank you to my fairy godmothers in the studio that said I WILL be going to the ball 🧚🏽‍♀️🤣 @anthonyaitch for the crenoline and underskirt hand made hellooo??!!! Incredible craftsmanship. The legend Matt Stegh @grand_daddydickie that has been taking care of the girls and getting them right since day dot iykyk (it’s also his bday today so shower him with love pls) and for lending us the studio for my workshop, for community to be inspired and to create! @sir_leiti sweet angel for support with my workshop and skirt. My girl @joowiiee for teaching me to sew, helping me with the flowers every night, getting everything on the skirt till the v last minute, keeping me fed, nourished, sane, driving me to and from the ball and for always going along with my crazy ideas every.single.ball! @mindwell on the face ya tu sabes, babes!!! You know you wanna beeee 🗣️🔊 and yes how did they know?! 👀🫦 I had too much fun debuting I didn’t lock in for my battle 💀😌 ahh well in true silly silky style it felt so right. Get into the moment though!! Like the saying goes “she can beat me but she cannot beat my outfit” nuuuiii 🤪 Lastly to my house and new family thee @kikihouseofsilky thank you for supporting me and pushing me to always level up! It was all hands on deck for my debut even the wigs flying in from Naarm from my sibs that morning straight to the ball 😂 thank you sissy mother @mirasia and father @xanderkhoury for all that you do for me, the house and for community ❤️‍🔥 it does not go unnoticed. Hi sustainabes. First of all it’s free! The first of many to come in being more sustainable during ball season. I know how expensive and wasteful getting effects for the ball can be and I know how much work it is being 007 and getting everything done on your own so I encourage y’all to come thru to make and donate effects for the upcoming balls. You will have two Saturdays to work on it and get support where needed. Fabric, sewing machines, dis and dat will be available. If you’re a seamstress and can lend a hand with sewing also come thruu. I will also be collecting coats for the dolls so if you have some fab ones you can part ways with bring it along 💋 Vinaka to designers that have already donated @sir_leiti @jordangogos @livelovelols @plastictongan Special shoutout to @xanderkhoury @grand_daddydickie for helping me put this together and for the studio.
