February 2021, we embarked on a unique journey, setting up a studio in the rustic village of Chichli in Nimad , Madhya Pradesh on the banks of the Narmada river. We spent over 2 months collaborating with over 8 Nimadi folk music groups. Preserving the raw folk sound, we blended it into our compositions, capturing the sonic and visual essence of these folk artists, their cultures and life stories. NIMAD is a once in a lifetime record that also features collaborations with artists like @bombaybrass@aftabqadriofficial@saurabh.bass@bass_rebri_singh and others who've contributed immensely to enriching the album's diverse tapestry.
