'From Excretion to Miscarriage, From Shedding to Loss'
Description of the film: The body is a profound reflection of humanity—interwoven with identity, freedom, and agency. In the struggle for women’s autonomy, this earthly form becomes a battlefield for power—a site where laws dictate attire, control hair, and, most painfully, govern the right to create and to cease. History is a witness to domination that, through dress codes, body shaming, and merciless restrictions, has sought to immortalize inequality.
Our connection to the body is shaped by culture and ever-changing. Within awareness and empowerment lies transformation—the reclaiming of rights from the grip of tradition, the forging of a new path toward rebellion and liberation.
This piece embodies the grief of abortion through layers of costume. Every thread echoes a stage of this deeply personal sorrow—carrying the weight of expectation, the wound of loss, and finally, the last veil, which, rising from darkness, reveals a light of resilience—an unbound expression of autonomy, beyond the confines imposed upon it.بدن، جلوهای ژرف از انسانیت است؛ در هم تنیده با هویت، آزادی و اختیار. در کشاکش زنان برای خودمختاری، این پیکر خاکی به صحنهای برای جدال قدرت بدل میشود—قوانینی که بر تنپوش، بر گیسوان، و از همه دردناکتر، بر حق زایش و زوال سایه میافکنند. تاریخ، روایتگر سلطهای است که با فرمانهای پوشش، شرمزده ساختن اندام، و محدودیتهای بیرحمانه، نابرابری را جاودانه کرده است.
پیوند ما با بدن، زادهی فرهنگ است و مدام در تغییر. در آگاهی و توانمندی، دگرگونی نهفته است—بازپسگیری حق از چنگال سنت، و خلق مسیری نو برای شورش و رهایی.
این اثر، سوگِ سقط را در لایههای جامه بازمیتاباند. هر تار و پود، پژواکی از یک مرحلهی این اندوه زنانه است؛ از سنگینی چشمداشتها تا زخمِ جدایی، و سرانجام، پردهی واپسین که از دلِ تاریکی، نوری از تابآوری را متجلی میکند—بیانی بیمرز از اختیار، فراتر از چارچوبهای تحمیلشده.

What an eventful year it has been, filled with a whirlwind of love, achievement, and moments of loss! The past twelve months have been an emotional rollercoaster, weaving together the highs and lows that life has to offer. نل رز در لندن در حوزه کاستوم دیزاین تحصیل کرده و تجربیات متفاوتی از طراحی لباس برای تئاتر و فیلم گرفته تا موزه لباس مادام توسو دارد. از جمله آخرین پروژهاش که پایان نامه ارشدش در دانشگاه هنر لندن در رشته «کاستوم دیزاین برای نمایش» است.
