Wushu Wednesday • Back when we were still playing with music options. Forgot we used SAIL by @awolnation for this one. Missing that now! • Choreo @symeon_k_dance • #wushuwednesday #wushu #wednesday #dancer #pointe #waybackwednesday #sail #awolnation #martialarts *I do not own the rights to this music*
T’is the season of red 🎁, so this little PVC playsuit does the trick. Also thinking about my lack of commute these days, so Foxy Commuter seemed appropriate! • Strand Center for the Arts in Plattsburgh, NY • Choreographed by @juliagleichdances to the very cool Camden sounds of @lazerchristo ... #trashmoney #foxycommuter #pointe #red #mondaymotivation #dancer #thedancingtourguide #dance #ladyinred #airlinestewardess #gaynorminden
Procrastinating on my current archival work/research, so here’s a bit of previous writing for the grid.

One year on… Still working through the grief. Some times it feels like 1 step forward, then 100 steps back. Some days, stubborn denial.
I miss you so much Dad. 🤍
And that’s a wrap! So pleased the first Cultural Heritage Conference was such a success. Special thanks to fellow organisers @renelouis.bonifacio@katymbirch@katharines01 , could not have asked for a better team. We did it!

Captured mid-world’s slowest grand plié in ‘46 Gordon’ earlier this year. I have wanted to paint all my pointe shoes blue since…
✍️ The space and time explored in 46 Gordon seeks to inhabit the ambiguous world of Virginia and the Bloomsberries. The now-iconic phrase–they lived in squares, painted in circles, and loved in triangles–often attributed to Dorothy Parker, distills the spirit of Bloomsbury. The squares, circles, and triangles explored through the movement of 46 Gordon invites the continued exploration of an ongoing ‘abstract argument’ on ambiguity and boundary-breaking. — A bit of my writing in support of ‘46 Gordon’ titled ‘In Defence of Pointless Details on Ambiguity...’
🩰’46 Gordon’ is a collaborative work by @nicolecherubinistudio and @juliagleichdances which premiered in @nortemaar ’s CounterPointe in New York, with later performances @septembergallery and @thecampusupstate for @upstateartweekend .
