It’s crazy to think it’s been 9 years since I signed the lease on our Germantown storefront. It had sat empty and up for rent for a year before one Sunday morning drinking coffee across the street I thought it would make a good place for a furniture showroom.
It’s been a wonderful experience living and growing as a business with presence in this great little community. But as things shift and grow toward a clearer vision it’s time to move off Main Street. More than anything this showroom marks a chapter of growth and maturing for me. My early 30’s to now early 40’s.
We recently purchased a commercial property here in Germantown where we will be moving our showroom, workshop and studio to over the next couple years. This is an exciting opportunity for us to use our skills and vision to make something thoroughly fun, beautiful and fulfilling with space to move and a forest to walk.
Please join us for a closing party on May 9th from 6-8pm at our Germantown storefront as we celebrate the last decade and look forward to the next chapter. 🐂 🎉😏

The word is out! We’re hosting our fifth or sixth semiannual sample sale opening next week, 4/22 @ 9am EST. Lots of great products at even greater prices that we will be clearing from our longtime showroom (almost 10 years) in preparation for a big move. The sale is online and we ship domestically. ☀️
Our new Memphis collection of casegoods includes a credenza, dresser and nightstand. Made from solid wood and featuring a timeless curved profile base, these pieces are made to order in a range of sizes and finishes. The circular hardware is available in matching wood, brass backed bridle leather or powder coated aluminum.
Crafted with intention.
We’ve long admired the work of Michael Robbins — a maker whose pieces carry the quiet strength of handcraft. From his Hudson Valley studio, Michael and his team create furniture that feels both sculptural and soulful — modern lines, timeless spirit.
We’ve collaborated with him on some of our favorite projects — pieces that anchor a room and become part of the home’s story. His work reminds us why we love design: the marriage of craft, material, and meaning. Images @_michael_robbins@marcoriccastudio

A glimpse into our home kitchen. Built in our workshop with Pippin design vocabulary, its centerpiece is a massive white oak island, flanked with storage on either side. The solid wood cabinetry is raised above the floor to provide a sense of lightness while allowing access for cleaning. We finished the sugar maple fronts in @farrowandball French Gray #18 lacquer. Paired with our End Grain Oak Pulls and honed Crema Marfil marble countertops, the space is elevated while remaining practical and hard wearing - perfect for our family who loves to cook.
