RELEASE DAY 🌚
Do Me is the first of a series of singles. Darker, clubbier, schizophrenic, hybrid and hella sincere, it speaks to conflicting feelings, between ecstasy and pain, trying to get a grip on the elusive grey area between dual states. among other things, love brings out this complex state of emotions, an integral part of what love actually is, that is, something far more interesting than the imposed narrative that focuses exclusively on 'joy' as the only acceptable state in our culture. we stray from rational thinking in emotional emergencies and sometimes make decisions that only make sense after the dust settles. Do Me is an ode to this spectrum of emotions. It is meant for the dancefloor, an excellent place to exorcize pain and transform it into something else, something new, to seek understanding and liberation.
relationships - intimate, platonic and everything in between - are a rollercoaster, trauma is part of the game and it's lessons are priceless.
