A packed church said their goodbyes to this wonderful pure soul today. Laurence Paul Curtis. A man who had a profound effect on my pursuit of joy and being sure to be around those who believe in it. It was clear he had that effect on everyone there. A man whose son could say, without a hint of irony,was, ‘a friend to all and an enemy of none’ and we all nodded in agreement. . We are better off for knowing him and the world a shade dimmer without him. He would say “ In a room full of love there’s no room for hate” & he left us with memories that are little shots of joy and love and belonging. We all felt the pain at your empty chair but your presence was deafening and always will be! I reckon you were singing louder than us all Paul, as ever ! Thanks truly. ❤️❤️❤️
