Introducing, theNguyenProject, a platform where I hope to spread the message of “Do good. Spread kindness.” My first campaign is focused around giving back to educators and inspiring young leaders in making their own positive impact.

One seed has the power to blossom into something beautiful, unique, and alter the environment around it.
YOU and I possess this power. This work is shown through the way we take care of ourselves, the way we show up for others, and how we choose to spend our time.

Cheers to the closing of the Plant Your Seed campaign. Last Friday, I had the honor of presenting these students and teachers their awards. To hear and witness their stories validated the reasons why I started this project.
Thank you @ldunham33 , Principal Anderson, and counselors at Sunnyside for accompanying me while we celebrated these amazing individuals.
A huge thank you to all of those that helped and donated to this campaign. Your money went to provide a laptop, iPad, and college supplies for those that depended on scholarships like these to further their education.
Additionally, your donations made it possible to recognize faculty and staff that are actively changing and influencing future generations.

What started off as an aesthetic goal, became a challenge to see how far I can go. How much strength can I maintain during a cut? What was my breaking point? Can I stay disciplined? A testament.
The past few months has been mentally and physically demanding. This journey has opened my eyes to understanding nutrition, food awareness, and how my body functions. It taught me the skills I needed to reach a goal. It gave me the confidence to TRUST…. that if I just push myself 1% more everyday, eventually the results WILL show. There’s no question of “ifs”, only the question of when.
On a deeper level, I realize that “manifesting” isn’t woo-woo at all. It simply describes the process of aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions to your desires.
It’s easy to notice the appearance, but what’s not seen is the self-discovery, the lessons, the goal attainment.

Endless gorgeous views, a hot husband, ribeye dinner, and eating our wedding cake 🎂 at Pfeiffer Beach to close out this trip.
Going back to where it all began! Big Sur is one of our favorite places, so it’s only right for us to have our mini-moon here.
Everything at this place was out of this world! To top it off, we got to participate in a falconry experience. I’ll never get over that I got to see and feel an owl this close to my face 🥹

Just a few days away from Miss to Mrs! I’ve come to love the person that I’ve become and I can’t wait to see what she continues to do next.

Snowshoeing up to Mount Jo! Luke got us both some new snowshoes for Christmas, so we had to break them in.
Despite the crazy low temp 5°F with wind chills that felt like -30°F, we made it.

Puerto Vallarta in color! Unknowingly, we chose the perfect time to visit during Dias De Los Muertos. The city was filled with vibrant decorations, altars, and skeletons.
There’s so much more that I’ll have to come back for.

A nourishing weekend spent with these beautiful ladies. Waking up to light yoga and an absolute spread for every meal.
We showered each other with love by holding space for connection, deep conversations, and reflection.
After a busy summer, it was so nice to have guilt-free time for reading, lounging, and walks in nature.

Another last minute planned backpacking trip and I gotta say it’s probably one of my top hikes on the east coast.
The trail took us through a variety of landscapes that gave us scenic views of the Hudson. We both spent the night in our own hammocks admiring the city lights of NYC, and chilling beneath the moonlight.
RIP to our legs.
