Good God!! I had the BEST time playing @electricspringfest this past weekend in New Orleans!!! Such a rewarding experience to play my first solo show in town. It went CRAZY! So happy with this USPS Flat Rate Box set up. It just works so well on 1000 different levels. Gassed to do more of this. ⚡️📦✨ I don’t have any good footage of Saturday’s UK Garage set with @djuncleo but it was unf**kingbelieveable!! It was a 2 hour killing spree!!! 🪓⚰️🪦 The put us on the chill stage but we turnt it all the up!! ✨🤦🏾‍♂️ But what made it so special for me was that at some point some folks that really love UKG and Bassline showed up and they went absolutely insane!! And so did I because I love this music so much but up until that set on Saturday afternoon I’d never met anyone in New Orleans or anywhere else that knows the music that I’m playing and so when these kids showed up it was like gods came down to earth. ⚡️❤️ I found my people in the city for the first time!!! If you were there I know you felt it. Sooooo amazing. We were all singing along to every tune!! Ufff. Life changing!! Jazz Fest 2026 🫠😘✌🏾🏍️💨💨💨 Winding down after a wild 2 weeks of Festival Season here in New Orleans. Thankful to have played but also really loved spending time with my Dad and seeing a couple old friends. My father loooooooves New Orleans, Pres Hall, and Jazz Fest in that order and whether I’m playing the fest or not he just wants to be out here hanging out with me. And I love that. Mannnn! Such a wild night on Sunday!!! Took me a day just to dial down and process LOL. Thanks to everyone who jumped in and went on the journey with us. WE SET SAAAAIL ON SUNDAY!! 🛸🪐⭐️🌙 Here’s a couple clips folks have sent me. Yes, we did go HAAM over a homemade rumba clave version of Radiohead’s Everything In It’s Right Place. Yes, @kiddexotikk did play guitar with is teeth during Voodoo Economic (Wolfman), Yes @americanmatthew set a crazy tone for the night night with gem after gem and seed after seed as we moved from musical place to place. And yes, @95mp.dnb absolutely destroyed it with amazing playing and vision. I wish I had some video of Matt and 95PM but if you were there you know what it was.
