It feels soooooo good to be back in my hoop!
For a moment I felt a bit disconnected after being forced into a hoop break. BUT my happy place is dancing and hooping! ♥️ Here I am back again: dancing and hooping and feeling healthy and happy!
After I saw the dance of one only @kristinlahoop to this song I HAD to do it too! Thank you so much for being you, for being so creative and for inspiring me and the whole hoop community! It was so much fun to dance this little combo twisted to my style at the end!
I also wanted to record a special reel for my one and only @vivalahoop_by_missnessi for gifting me this unique hoop which travelled a few weeks ago from Germany 🇩🇪 to Indonesia 🇮🇩 ! This hoop is sooo unique and so wonderful! Thank you so much dear Vanessa ! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

I cannot express how proud I am! ✨
Where do I start?
I have always danced in my youth until I was mid 20 and then I stopped even though it was and is my passion!
Now 12 years later (with almost 40 years 😂) I have started to take dance classes again! … just because I met Reza on #giliT (island in Indonesia). This wonderful choreographer became a friend and it was faith that he also lives and teaches in Jakarta! How lucky am I? 🍀
I am already so grateful that I could start living this passion with my beloved dance partner - my hoop!
After not dancing choreographies for so many years it becomes very challenging to remember the steps (first of all) and then also DO them - with the right energy and precision! I still have a way to go to improve myself! But: practice makes progress!
When I saw this dance (choreographed by @ninojuliaofficial ) I wanted to dance it so badly! But I have to say : it is soo fast! 😄
BUT I am so so happy and proud of our dance / this video, I think this is the best one we created so far! 🥹

Had the best day bringing joy to the kids at an orphanage in Bali North!
They absolutely loved playing with the hula hoops! We drove up north in Bali for 2 hours and delivered donations (food, clothes, toys,....) and US! We came to play with the kids and have a good time with them.
Thank you @bmcharity_ and also thank you @katerina_romanovaaaaa_ for organising this and for helping so many kids with this!

My mind is more free and open for my hoop when I travel and I love to show you the places I discover with my hoop!

Good decision to take my beautiful plastic circle with me to spark the joy for me again.
In my villa is just not really the space for it and the garden is fully covered with the pool 🤣 luxury problems. But I do LOVE my hoop(s) forever and ever!

40 and now what ?
I have to admit, it does sound a bit weird to say „I am 40“, because I honestly don’t feel like it at all!
While I have not fully reached my goal YET, I am very proud of my progress. I never felt I sacrificed anything.
I simply changed habits for the better 💪🏽
While you „know“ a lot of things, you really don’t „know“ or apply it actually! With the help of @coachdamo.life I got the needed support, guidance and motivation I needed! Thank you! 🔥
So what does this mean now:
I keep going 🔥Consistency is key!
And after being on plateaus (which is normal), it will pay out over time and I will reach my goal!
#fitforforty : that’s over now 😂 because I am 40 now.

Dieses mal wirds ein bisschen mehr spicy 🤓. Es gibt keine klassischen Beginnertricks wie beim letzten Mal, sondern die Trainer zeigen uns einen ihrer lieblings/ signiture Moves 🙌🏻. Das können Tricks, Transitions oder eine Mischung aus beidem sein. und wie immer, wird am Ende alles zu einer großen Abschluss-Combo zusammen gefügt 😍🥰.
