SETH’S BIRTHDAY / ABOVE THE ROOF & IN THE TREE RELEASE DAY!!
Happy Birthday to our frontman, guitarist, singer, songwriter, friend and brother, Seth!
I remember when Seth showed me the riff for “Above The Roof & In the Tree”. It caught my attention immediately. Seth originally had the idea to use the intro riff as a structure change for one of our other songs but I told him that it stood out so much that it needs to be its own song. Through jamming and hearing multiple demo versions made by Alex and Seth, we jammed and took bits and pieces from each demo and made a song that not only we’re proud of, but our younger selves were insanely proud. “Above The Roof & In The Tree” is the first song we all wrote together. Seth created a challenge for me and the band and I’m so happy that he did. Happy release day and happy birthday, big brother.
