This public festival welcomes intergenerational audiences into experiential learning through food, movement, spirit, and story. The convening centers the four pillars of holistic wellness and expression: body, nourishment, spirit, and cultural memory.

Communal Movement Workshop
A guided embodied practice rooted in African diasporic tradition, using rhythm and circular movement as tools for release, remembrance, and renewal.

Deinstallation begins as we transition into the evening movement activation.
