If we want to build a more inclusive, forward-thinking digital workforce, we’ve got to start earlier and do better.
That’s why Evo Academy has partnered with
@speakersforschools and The Hg Foundation to rethink work experience this summer with 120 students across four Somerset schools.
This is a new kind of work experience: digital-first, purpose-led, and created for the industries we want young people to thrive in - tech, creativity, AI, content, marketing, entrepreneurship, and so much more.
For some of these students, it’ll be the first time they see themselves in a future career.
For others, it could be the moment they feel they belong. Their light bulb moment 💡
We’re looking for people in the digital industry to get involved whatever time you’ve got to give.
