To be clear, Frotted isn’t ending. Our futures are shaped by the ways in which we embrace one another. The ways in which we hold each other up. It’s with this kind of spirit that we’re stepping away from performing, at least for 2025.
We still have visions of a frotted future, desires, some secrets that we know will manifest with time—but what’s certain is after the summer, Chicago’s premier It-Girls will be hibernating.
So, with all that said, we really wanna fucking see you at our next two shows.

SINCERE POSTING: In My Heart was one of the very first (maybe 2nd?) songs we started working on, and it’s radically different from where it began.
Up until the release of Final Girls, I, Cyn, have fronted Heart. While we’ve been working on new songs, we switched places for Heart, mostly to ensure we both survived our sets, lol (have you noticed we go hard?).
Despite the changeup coming from necessity, it has been so fucking fun to reshape this song, and one of the gifts of working with Sin is the way our song craft is often based in offers to one another.
