Kadhanayagan was screened on Saturday at @tlcatquest as part of a 5 film curation by @artist.chennai .
It was an absolutely delightful evening to present the film to a room full of young, enthusiastic film aficionados. The response was gratifying and hugely encouraging as a film is only truly complete when it reaches the audience.
This screening was extra special as the film, rooted in Tamil zeitgeist was presented to a rapt Tamil audience, in Chennai. It was a sense of home coming.
This only serves as reminder of how cinema was, is and forever shall be a communal experience.
At the @srishtiartdesign the pedagogy, the teaching and learning environment and everything else that comes with it has enabled not just designers, but design thinkers to deliver impact; at scale, at the cutting edge of technology and design, and so much more.
Firstly because it creates not only skilled, but thinking and inter-disciplinary practitioners who are able to cut across domains and disciplines. This belief is strengthened not only because @_framewithinaframe_@imagewala@hoshedarshroff@ruchadhayarkar and a bunch of other Qriousos are alums... but also because over the years it has delivered some incredible talents to almost every industry that we interact with directly or indirectly today.
