We headed to Surat to cover the story of @ghior_cosmetic , a skincare brand built by four founders who are passionate about what they do. Hearing how they teamed up with @smartcommercebyamazon to scale the brand was a huge part of the journey.

What a conversation and glad to be a part of it!
The Business of Film session was a timely reminder that behind every good film/creative endeavour lies far more than what finally appears on screen. It is built through decisions, risk, instinct, leadership and the ability to keep moving through uncertain terrain.
Listening to @raodyness speak about uncertainty at length felt especially relevant. In a business where unpredictability is often the only constant, the ability to hold vision while embracing the unknown becomes a strength in itself.
My key takeaway from @onlyemmay and @madhubhojwani was around what truly makes a career in this space sustainable, resilience, consistency and the discipline of showing up every single day. The glamour may be visible, but endurance is what builds legacy.
