When I started WatchHouse in a 266 square foot building on Bermondsey Street in 2014, I had big ambitions — but even then, I never imagined this.
Opening in the Chrysler Building last week — a global icon, in the heart of Manhattan — feels like more than a milestone. It’s a reminder of how far we’ve come, and of what’s possible when design, purpose, belief and hardwork align.
The WatchHouse approach has always been about respecting history while reimagining it through a modern lens. From London Bridge to New York City, that philosophy holds true — and now lives on in a magical 12-foot oculus, an amazing stainless steel centre bar, and the energy of a space that feels alive from the first coffee to the last conversation.
