While choreographing Con Los Años we lost someone dear to us: Nubia Hurtado. Someone who represented courage to live; first to dance at a party when everyone was to shy too. She was careless about judgement, nothing could come between her and having a good time + helping others do the same. “Yo solo quiero que la gente viva su vida feliz” decía.
Nubia’s passing made us realize how much we owe our freedom to our mothers
