An unplanned, random journey with a friend…
Into the wild forest.
I met people who work to protect the forest and the indigenous forest communities (Kaadinte Makkal). I learned about the efforts of a dedicated group who are committed to safeguarding the forest and improving the lives of the communities living within it.
Their work not only focuses on forest conservation but also supports self-employment, skill development, and other initiatives to ensure a better and more sustainable lifestyle for the forest communities.
Appreciation to the government officials and the Forest Post team for their work.
