It's surreal to think how I grew up watching her on television to now acting with her on a project.
God is truly great! I'm extremely humbled to see how God constantly guides and directs my career as long as I remain faithful and true.

This is the shortest time I've ever had to prep for the Open.
The amount of investment and sacrifice just to be ready has been a journey since my surgery.
I only have one goal for the Open... that is to PURGE MY F***IN' SOUL!!!!
I'm grateful for my tribe who has supported me through my road back.

This shouldn't be happening right now.
205lb Power Snatch, felt good, and not to mention an all time PR. Last time I PR'd was April 15th 2024.
This is after 2 surgeries, elbow and pec tendon and coming back from a blown out back. I'm not even cleared by my doc yet.
How did this happen? Simple. Humility.
I set out to find the best people to work with and bought in from the beginning.
A big shout out to Nick from @thunderstrucksp and Toby from @polarisweightlifting
I truly believe they are the best in the business.
I come in and completely trust their guidance.
In turn, I impart that knowledge to my athletes because I know it works.
Still in disbelief. The only I thought I had before the power snatch was, "Don't be a whiny b!%t# and get this $#!t over your head!"
What's crazy is that if this is me not even at 60%, what's my 100% going to look like?
