A strong squat starts with the setup.
Before you even move the bar, create tension through the lower body.
Two simple cues that make a huge difference:
• Spread the earth with your feet
• Externally rotate the knees
This helps create a stable base, engage the hips, and keep the knees tracking properly throughout the movement.
