More forward movement on the two main ones for legs!
Took +10 aside on the hip press from last session as I just felt good lol, down 1 rep up 20kg so will easily work that into its range of 6+ come Thursdays session
Opposite on the pendulum, 5kg less up 1 rep as Reece wanted a lower foot position and I didnt want my knees to snap and hit someone at the other end of the gym floor. Progress regardless đșđ»

Stiff legs went really well today (Once I made sure Lola wasnt going to be guillotined by the barbell). +1 from Mondays set but felt a lot less jittery with the load in my hands lol, I can tell as the weeks go on these will run up nicely
Mega mass T bar is different gravy, absolute must for your pull sessions đ€

The heavy hitters from todays leg session
Pendulum felt great, first time running it in months and starting off with 4 plates is a plus! Last time I ran it my top set was 3 and a 10, so very excited to run this up
Hip press also back in, first time loading the top peg so felt weird as fuck lol, will take getting used of but still felt very good!

Decent session but gnarly pump lol. Obviously still feel fairly shaky under my regular loads, this will shake as the weeks go in and I surpass victim weight. Gymshop incline in for the first time and same with the loaded dip so excited to have new movements to run up
First leg session of the new programme being filmed for youtube tomorrow where I will also sit down and talk through my current set up for everything starting the off season!

When results dont go your way in a prep it doesnât mean you prepped too early or werenât ready to prep.
Every time you prep and step on stage you learn more and more about yourself as an athlete, and if youâre smart youâll soak these things in and get better from it.
Dont make excuses, it probably wasnât a missed peak or a bad tan đ Self awareness as to where youâre at as an athlete is so important. If youâre too small, suck it up and start eating lol
