After their memorable 2019 Toronto performance together, the duo returns to the city to take over Standard Time for the first time. Join us for a night of world-class house music, with local support from the House of Lords. This is a reunion years in the making—don’t miss out. Black Loops (Italy): Riccardo, known as Black Loops, has steadily earned a reputation as a dedicated and innovative force in house music. Drawing inspiration from funk, soul, disco, 90s Italo house, and New York deep house, his music strikes a balance between classic grooves and contemporary sensibilities. Intr0beatz (Reykjavík, Iceland): Intr0beatz, the musical identity of Reykjavík-born producer and DJ Arsaell Thor Ingvason, is one of Iceland’s most respected and quietly influential contributors to underground electronic music. With roots stretching back to the late ’90s, his journey began in the world of hip-hop, where he first made his mark as a young turntablist and beat-maker. Growing up surrounded by his father’s jazz and fusion records, he developed an early fascination with rhythm, soul, and sonic texture elements that would later define his evolution into a globally recognized deep-house artist. Intr0beatz doesn’t just produce house music he channels decades of musical history into something honest, heartfelt, and uniquely his own. House of Lords (Toronto, Canada); House of Lords (HOL) are a duo of producers and DJs from Toronto who have been shaping the city’s underground since their first event in 2018. Known for their curated events, they have supported international heavy weights such as Chaos in the CBD, Session Victim, Kornel, Kovacs, DJ Boring and more.
