Life has been a whirlwind lately and the last thing on my mind has been feeding the algorithm. But a rainy morning and a cup of tee was the motivation I needed.

@bast.yy let me take some photos of him for a little project of mine, which honestly is a real honour. He’s an absolute force when it comes to art, “talented” doesn’t even begin to describe him. Old mate has got some serious skills.
One of his latest projects, a film he shot, cut, and produced himself,
Urtobēn – Vienna’s Illegal Artforms,
has been nominated at several film festivals. It offers a rare glimpse into lives and worlds that few people ever get to witness.
I held my breath the entire duration of the movie.
Go check it out when you get a chance to!
I’m incredibly proud of him and even more grateful to call him a friend.
That’s the trailer link, otherwise check it out on his profile

I’ve been thinking a lot about endings and beginnings recently.
They are no strangers to each other, sharing the same quiet threshold.
Not because things are fragile in an obvious way, but because it shifts on its own terms.
What feels stable today quietly becomes something else tomorrow.
Endings don’t warn you.
Beginnings don’t wait for you.
So maybe this is just a reminder to notice what’s here and to hold it with a little more care as long as it is. ✨
Lately, I’ve been obsessed with the intersection of sculptural form and raw texture. ✨
Editorial beauty shots and Portfolio work is where we get to push the boundaries of the “standard”. For this session, we leaned into graphic hair design and tactile layers. I’m a firm believer that the best shots happen when you have a great team around you and are perfectly in sync on the “mood” before the first frame is even taken.
Loving how this collaboration turned out.

a little bit of life.
I’ve been quiet on social media for a long while.
I still believe it’s slowly unraveling our generation and maybe even our society.
But in the creative world, it’s more than noise.
It’s a stage. A gallery. A doorway.
And the truth is… I have things to share.
Stories. Ideas. Pieces of myself that deserve air.
So maybe it’s complicated.
Maybe it’s flawed.
Maybe it’s both poison and platform.
But with everything happening in the world right now ..
and with how uncertain and fragile it all feels,
who really knows how much time we have?
So… f* it.
Under the first full moon of the year, the veil is thin and the energy is alive with possibility. Tonight, we release the old and embrace the new. ✨
Here is to new beginnings under an ancient light.
