@angelaconjaerts and I have finished 75 hard and from the bottom of my heart, Iβm not doing it again :) it was boring and inconvenient and tbh Iβm disciplined enough lol
PROS β I like to do stupid stufff with @angelaconjaerts β getting into a consistent reading practice has been very nice, probably my favourite part of this whole thing β diversifying my fitness routine has me feeling stronger than Iβve probably ever been β a whole food diet is just good for u innit β lots of early nights and no booze has been great for my writing practice and my mind over all β realized I actually do drink enough water - I thought this was gunna be the hardest part! β due to needing to be outside for 1 workout, I started running again! and turns out I can do a 1/2 marathon whenever I want β YEAH YEAH I UNDERSTAND THE BENEFIT OF FOLLOWING A PROGRAM NOW
CONS β not convenient to work out 2 a days when I have so much other stuff I wanna do (though if it paid me Iβd be so happy to keep it up!!)! 50 days of rain did not help us here lol β I eat quite well generally so being this restrictive and not eating for fun / sharing food was kinda crushing β working out this much & with weights means Iβve been eating more than in my usual life- so I feel less light on my feet day to day. I get this is also kinda a pro but for the way I like to move, it isnβt β not that silly
The pros categorically out weigh the cons but still, nah lol
I cheated on food and drink two times :)
Also, to be clear, abs are not made on the gym or in the kitchen, they are made in low lighting lol
