I really debated posting this, its cringe. but idk man I think the downfall of this country is friggin cringe. I’m Kenyan-American, I am only able to be in this country because of the many Black Americans who fought and died for my rights. Their needs to be a blue wave because so many people, so many people are struggling so many people can’t pay their bills because of the illegal war in Iran, Gaza, Lebanon immigrants and brown folks terrified to exist because of the racist Kavanaugh Stops, the tarrifs have screwed over so many small businesses, in the Arts we’ve had budget cuts because of cancelled federal grants, cuts to SNAP, The black unemployment rates shot up in one year, in my birth state of Iowa Farmer bankruptcy are through the roof Trans rights are being ripped away, and on top of that every friggin day this administration finds new ways to inject cruelty and nastiness. it is so easy to turn away, to stop caring because it’s not that bad. but it is that bad for the most vulnerable of all us. But this Congress, these courts, the executive branch are Bad. At. Their. Jobs.
