Introducing your Hot Right Now Headliners! Manchester based, punk party trio @__yaang_
Formed when Davey Moore (vocals/sampler) met Oliver Duffy (Guitars/vocals) at a rhythmic awareness class at the University of Salford, the line up was later completed by Ben White (Ex-Working Menâs Club) on bass duties - Manchester punk trio YAANG have ever since been steadily building their reputation for furious, high-energy, live shows, powered by the rocket-fuel combo of pulsating drum loops, clangorous guitars and a wicked sense of humour.â
âYAANG have marked themselves as one of the most exciting
bands to come from the North Westâ - NME
âBlurring the lines between the seductive thump of the dancefloor and the sweat-soaked mayhem of the mosh pitâ - DIY Mag
âLusciously untamedâŚNo matter who you are or where you are, if youâre having a bad day itâs time to drop your defences, embrace your
imperfections, stick on YAANGâs new track and sweat all your woes away.â - The Line of Best Fit
âa chaotic blend of 80s Killing Joke, DEVO, and, then, Viagra Boysâ a glorious cluster fuck of sonic nonsense. It couldnât work for any other
band.â - Louder Than War
âBlazing with teenage rebellion â it feels like a long time ince rock was this goodâ - Best New Indie
