Spring days are finally sneaking in and February felt exciting, intense and full of life and pomelos.
There were sad and sick days, rough voices, moving days (still transporting everything step by step with Deutsche Bahn haha), happy lunch yoga and two more tattoos by @ava.ink and so much more. 😌
As in MUSIC, a lot has happened: I played my first Karneval in Cologne at @ursprung_fi for @laut_und_luise which was honestly one of the best nights of the month even though I was still a little sick. 🥹✨🫶
I also recorded a slow disco set for @rebelliondertraeumer traumcast and made my debut at @about.blank.berlin for @multilayer_ , had the loveliest wine evening at @weingut.vincenz.richter with my @disconnect.cast friends, did some b2b preparations with Philipp from @uberhauptundausserdem for our set at @sisyphosberlin this upcoming Sunday and had my first studio session with @djockelt and @seebolicious . We spontaneously recorded some vocals and they will be heard very soon. Omg, my first release! 🥹✨
So grateful for all the music, the dancefloors and the people around me. 🫰🫰🫰
And the best news: I decided to stay in Berlin at least until the end of September 💜
Happy to stay, play, create and enjoy life in the city.

🌸 SINAMIN presents Afterhour Sounds Podcast Nr. 313 🌸
Is it summer again already? No, but spring is just around the corner. At least here in the south of France, the first daffodils are blooming and scattered lavender plants are already spreading their sweet, aromatic scent. Fittingly, today we have none other than Mrs. Sunshine aka SINAMIN with us, who will take you on a delicious and gentle journey through the dreamy disco landscapes of times gone by.
As a child of the 80s/90s, listening to this music brought back flashbacks of my mom’s (RIP) favorite cassette, which I always listened to secretly. No wonder SINAMIN’s sound enchanted me right from the start. She proceeds very gently, building up the suspense with skillful nonchalance and relaxation. Here and there, evergreens from the 80s and 90s are played as raw mashups, sometimes she uses edits.
No matter what, it’s just fun. She also gradually increases the tempo and brings disco into your living room. Your feet just can’t keep still with this sound. Let the sun into your heart. It’s a cheesy saying, but that’s how it is with her. It’s wonderful and once again one of those episodes that will probably retain its brilliance for years to come.
