Everything about Light Bean was made with love — right down to the packaging. Designed and manufactured in California, it’s made from 100% recycled materials and printed with just one color, staying true to the brand’s thoughtful simplicity. Like a little ritual, opening it feels special: a second inner box gently protects the bulb, following the principle of a Russian doll. And the final touch? A bright, graphic duct tape that keeps everything safe on its way to your home.
More than just packaging — it’s a quiet celebration of care, creativity, and detail.

It’s quite something to see how this vision with @__lightbean__ is coming to life.
This seed is growing, and now Light Bean is part of one of the first homes by @american_housing
American Housing is rethinking how housing is designed, delivered, and built in the US, with a focus on creating beautiful, attainable homes for real city life. This first prototype home is in Austin, TX.
I’m really inspired to see this level of care and intention applied at such a scale. And also, what a great company to be in: Vaarni, RBW, and Gantri.
Really excited to be a small part of it all.
Thank you @fed_novikov for bringing Light Bean into this project!
