Oh no! 🤠 Are they really bout' to do it?! 🔨 Spanish-style architecture and clients' mothers' top picks. 🗞 JUST Costruction Administration - saving heirloom design influence. 🦺 Encanto is officially a construction zone 🚧 interior demo has begun in downtown Sacramento! 🏚 The re-design of this family legacy property was centered around the heritage spanish-style, and some of the clients mothers' design choices when she was growing up in the home. Among the architectural heritage pieces are hand-painted tiles, bold wallpaper, and the stunning steel chandelier from the upper living area. The duplex was redesigned to have a more modern flow by aligning the living spaces to the sunny southern side of the home. It was great to be in the same space as so many people speaking the same design language and fighting for equity and justice in the Architecture field.
