@realcoleworld - WHO TF IZ U Been a looooong while since I've been dance-active on socials as of late, I feel. But for good reason! So allow me to reflect 🧘🏽‍♂️ I've been trying to be more present, in life, this year. It's been a major focus of mine. That means intentionally choosing things I want to do, people I want to share space and time with, music I want to listen/dance to, food I know will nourish me, and passions I know will enrich me, among other aspects of life. I'm still havin to remind myself to practice presence everyday, but It's been overall amazing so far, and I encourage everyone to try to do the same. Before you do something, intentionally slow down and take a mental snapshot of where you are, where you just came from, and what you're about to do. Then, intentionally DECIDE to do whatever you were about to do. How many of us are stuck on autopilot all day long?! ESPECIALLY with all the craziness going on in the world right now. 😳 So try for a moment to be as present as you can be. On this day I chose to rent a lens, spend time with @mrkirstie & @d_zhu7 , choose some lights, tell stories, laugh, choose songs we've never heard before, laugh, dance, laugh, dance, and on and on. Sooooo try and be present and make some decisions✌️ #lifeisart #presentmoment #bepresent #idonthashtag
