SALUTE! It’s been a crazy couple of months working on some new endeavors. First thing on the list to share is a new space we took over that we’re introducing as THE GARAGE - focused on servicing and building A/V + recording gear led by master tinkerer, Miguel (
@__emze ).
Our floor neighbors moved out, and the property manager gave us a chance to renovate a space if we wanted to take it over. It used to be a wood shop for a period of time, and ended up becoming a storage unit for 10+ years. On first glance, it seemed like a familiar scenario for us to lock in on our HGTV skillset that we can’t seem to run away from, and breathe new life into the room. It was a lot of work in a short period of time, but worth it knowing that we can continue to help people out. Huge thank you to all the buds that came through and helped make this light work.
Shortly after starting 606, Miguel instantly became the squad expert on finding the problem with any electronics, fixing it, and even building gear/microphones from the ground up. In a world where everything costs so much money, Miguel dove deep into the rabbithole to see how much we’re able to do on our own DIY tip.
