Thank you to everyone who came and made the 002 Release Party so special. The energy in that room was something else…
This night only existed because of a collective effort. Thank you to everyone who contributed, spreading the word, setting things up, playing, dancing, and being present with intention.
Thanks also to those who bought tickets early - you helped ease our nerves and gave us the confidence to move forward.
To those who couldn’t get in: we’re truly sorry. The space had a strict capacity, and we had to respect the limit to keep the experience safe and comfortable for everyone.
Being fully transparent, the event closed with a small loss of €207. But it was never about profit, this was about celebrating something we love. Still, we feel it’s important to share the realities behind making gatherings like this happen.
To all the hands, hearts, and minds that shaped 002 Arandu: we see you, and we’re grateful.

This Friday the 13th, Gerson (@g____reis ) invites Zeni (@pedrozenii ) to share the booth for a synergetic back-to-back.
Founder of Angatu and a tireless vinyl hunter, Gerson is always searching for sonic gems that tell their own story. His collection reflects the musical diversity that lives in his subconscious.
Joining him is Zeni, co-creator of Brazil’s @plantae.music collective, known for sculpting sonic landscapes that echo the soulful whispers of jazz and the rhythmic reverberations of dub.
Together, they’ll create a musical dialogue born from friendship and countless vinyl sessions.

Based in Lisbon for the past 6 years, Markov (@markov_________ ) has been consistently weaving himself into the fabric of the local scene. A dedicated digger and deep listener, his sets reflect a patient, curious ear and a true love for vinyl culture.
Involved in a range of musical projects, Markov brings a thoughtful and intentional energy to everything he touches. We’re lucky to have him as part of the Angatu family!
On June 13th, he brings that same spirit to the booth.

A figure in the Southern Brazilian underground, Fermo has spent years immersed in vinyl culture, building a sound that is both refined and unpredictable. His sets are thoughtful narratives, moving seamlessly between eras, textures, and moods, always guided by deep research and a sharp sense of flow.
Fermo is a storyteller who invites the dancefloor into his personal collection, offering rare moments that linger long after the night ends.
