In April 2023, @aliceboydmusic released her EP 'From the Understory'. Alice created this beautiful collection of songs by combining electronic textures created with plants and field recordings whilst on a residency at the @edenprojectcornwall . Here are some of the cyanotype visuals I created for this project.

A few months ago, @natashakaeda joined the ‘From The Understory’ project and began to write a collection of spoken word interludes for between each of my songs. My band @dddddazey , @zha_band , @jacobnorrisss and I have had a lot of fun figuring out atmospheric improvised underscores for these pieces at live shows.
@__amypez then came on board to transform my lyrics and Natasha’s poetry into this insanely beautiful booklet, with her cyanotype prints and illustrations. The booklet was printed with @earthbound.press , who use riso printing - an eco friendly alternative.

these pages are made entirely from boiled and beaten down lawn grass 🐉 on some I added pressed cow parsley which I collected last summer.
