Part one of ‘Very Good Pasta’ is here! Triangoli with Gorgonzola, radicchio and thyme. Stuffed with three of our favourite cheeses, ricotta, Gorgonzola and Parmigiano-reggiano, it’s a perfect balance of bitter radicchio leaves and creamy salty cheese.
