What a night at @tokonoma.club !
I was honored to play the beautiful SAKŪRU Floor right after @_sk_libra_ , who set the tone perfectly and created an amazing atmosphere. The energy was on point from start to finish. The sound system is insane, very hi-fi and every detail really hits.
I had so many great conversations and felt a lot of love. I’m truly grateful for the invitation. Big shoutout to the entire Tokonoma team for creating such a beautiful space with amazing people.

our radioshow is leveling up once again. Tonight Radiant Ventures returns to @radioxfrankfurt with a fresh crew ready to light it up.
This time, we’re excited to welcome Akāta, not only a longtime friend of ours, but also the newest member of the DMC family. With his infectious energy and deep love for dance music, he’s been part of our journey since the very beginning, and we couldn’t be happier to now officially have him on board.
Joining him is q nani, a Frankfurt-based DJ rooted across house and dub-inflected sounds. Her selection leans into rolling grooves and a restrained sense of movement.
Our homegrown boy Heinrich Narb will round off the night with his signature blend of sparkly, minimal-tinged house and electro.
Expect groovy rhythms, playful turns and radiant frequencies until 2 am!

Rooted in a fascination for sonic architecture and the spatial possibilities of club music, Akāta crafts selections that shape and transform the perception of physical space. Rather than following fixed genre conventions, his sets channel tension, abstraction, and movement.
Growing up near Frankfurt, Akāta was deeply influenced by club nights at Robert Johnson as well as formative exposure to artists like Aphex Twin and Autechre.
Akāta regularly performs at venues such as Saasfee*pavillon and Silbergold, curates the event series Project Operator and is a member of Offenbach based Dexterous Music Collective.
Behind the scenes, Akata has also contributed to multiple institutions in the realms of club culture, including one of germanys leading techno open-airs.
