Counting Alphas
Drill - Set up 4 targets of your preference.
Dedicate a āhomeā target.
Engage the first two targets, transitioning back to your home target. Each time you will add another target, finishing on the final target with 4 rounds.
Goal - This drill forces visual feedback in a way you typically wonāt see on a stage (unless you go to Area 3). Each target getting a different amount of rounds alters the cadence you are used to shooting. This forces your brain and eyes to work harder and in a slightly different way than you are used to.
This can be done with any set up. It doesnāt matter, just make it harder than you typically practice.
Stress Test - Draws
1.0 Second par time
Variation is the key to unlocking consistency. The more comfortable you become doing things in different ways, the more you refine your fundamentals. Parlor tricks are cool, but consistency is king.
