This year I went far. And not just in terms of distance. 2025 was full of surprises, work adventures, amazing people. I’ve changed a lot over the course of the year, and yet, I’m more connected to myself than ever before.
I’ve visited my past, my present and my future, I’ve connected with my ancestors, with the world, and most importantly with myself. I’ve overcome some personal challenges that I’ve built over the years, things I never thought I’d be able to let loose. Like, I traveled by myself, something I hadn’t done in a long time. Traveling more, experiencing different things and facing some truths have made me stronger, and brought me further than ever before.
It’s the end of this year, but it’s the first time a year felt like a new beginning, a beginning of something better and bigger. Lots has to do with the fact that our production company has grown immensely over the year (
@babiloniaproductions ). Latin Grammys, European brands, international and artists, Brazilian fashion, and my own documentary, I couldn’t be more proud. But it’s not all just about work.
I think this year has shown me that some things I thought were written into my history, I can actually work on. I can change. I’ve always said, everything is possible, a phrase that gives me hope. But this year it’s like, this sentence’s power got proven to me. Anything is possible, and while it doesn’t mean anything will happen, it means there’s a whole lot in between that we are able to achieve with hard work, dedication, and affirmative action.
