Emma Safir (b. 1990, New York, NY) holds a BFA from RISD in Printmaking and an MFA from Yale in Painting & Printmaking. She has had solo exhibitions at HESSE FLATOW, New York; Blade Study, Baxter St at CCNY, New York; SHIN HAUS at Shin Gallery, New York; and Bunker Projects, Pittsburgh. Safir’s work is in the permanent collection at the Whitney Museum of American Art, New York. She lives and works in New York, NY and is represented by Hesse Flatow, New York. (Photo by Eric Helgas)
Marissa Graziano (b. 1992, Atlanta) is an interdisciplinary artist based in New York. She received a BFA from Georgia State University in 2015, and an MFA in Painting at Boston University in 2018. Select exhibitions include: ‘American Beauty’, Theodore, New York, NY (2024, two-person); The Little House’, Clifford Gallery at Colgate University, Hamilton, NY (2022, two-person); and ‘Curtain Call’, THE END, Atlanta, GA (2020, solo). Graziano was the Co-founder and Director of Greene House Gallery in Brooklyn from 2019 – 2024. She’s currently a member of a curatorial collective, Below Grand. (Photo courtesy of the artist)
Bret Slater (b. 1987 Bronx, NY) lives and works in New York, NY. He received a B.F.A. from the School of Art + Design at Purchase College, SUNY, Purchase, NY
(2009), and an M.F.A. from the Meadows School of the Arts at SMU, Dallas, TX (2011). The artist’s work is in the collections of the Dallas Museum of Art, Missoula Art Museum and Indianapolis Museum of Art.
