• Many people told about how labor is the most effective leverage against the ruling class. I hope everyone is paying attention to the dock workers leveraging their jobs (which impact their country) as a means to show solidarity with the Freedom Flotillas attempt to bring aid to Gaza. The dockworkers pledged to stop working if they lose contact with their comrades.
Stop the dispare and try something new. Our fight and collective struggle for better conditions must include organizing the industries that are essential to our country. A vote in any election has much less influence and maybe that seems unfair but we live under capitalism, a system that requires people to struggle so the ruling class can thrive. This is how we move history forward.
It’s easy to say your passionate about things. How is that measured? Is it one of those things only you understand? I think passion is meant to be shared and that it is measured by the way it influences others. I’m not saying that you cause some one to get stirred up necessarily; but passion is, in many ways, a pillar. Passion is a pillar. It holds up a movement, an idea, or an institution even.
