🚀 929 Challenge visits FIESC in Florianópolis
We had a productive meeting at FIESC — the Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina, founded in 1950 — a key institution driving industrial development, innovation, and internationalization across the state.
We met with the Director of Industrial Development and Innovation, the Manager of FIESC’s Business Academies, and the Head of Cabinet responsible for internationalization to discuss new pathways for Santa Catarina’s industry to access the Chinese market. 🇧🇷🤝🇨🇳
Through its internationalization platform Intercomp, FIESC already supports companies in going global. Our mission is to strengthen that bridge to China.

We visited INTELI in São Paulo, an institution founded in 2022 that is reinventing technology education in Brazil. Their model is 100% based on Project-Based Learning, learning by doing, with 60 real and innovative projects generated in each graduation cycle.
We met with the board to learn more about this methodology and explore a possibility to Connect these projects to the Chinese market through the 929 Challenge. A path we are ready to begin exploring. 💡

We visited the incubator of Mackenzie University, in São Paulo, on the iconic Higienópolis campus.
INOVAMACK is managed by the Innovation and Technology Coordination (CIT), which also operates the Technological Innovation Center (NIT) , a complete ecosystem supporting innovation within one of the country’s most traditional institutions, with over 150 years of history and recognized as the best private university in São Paulo.
